Well, lots of people don't like their hair colour. She's a bit young to dye it at 4! I didn't notice the yellow necklace, though. Maybe her mother makes her wear it.

Poor thing lol,, we can only wish that somthing like that would be our worst bother in life. she can take off the necklace and color her hair,, done lifes perfect, yeah!

Or maybe one of those events where the villager "doesn't quite feel the same"
