The most common cause is that you changed your computer's system clock.

i havent touched my computers clock system i don't do that kind of stuff.

Is it because i went on holiday and i left the game paused???

maybe that will explain the problem??

Leaving the game paused won't cause that kind of problem. Your computer's system clock can be changed in a lot of different ways, sometimes unintentionally. The clock can be inadvertently changed if you double-click that little Windows clock in the bottom right corner to check dates and times (a lot of people do that without realizing that it changes anything on their computer). Also, Windows has the ability to set the computer's clock using an Internet time reference, so if the clock was inaccurate the resulting time correction could affect the game.

Hopefully your food isnt too low just wait till the clocks count down and they will reset to the proper times. if your food is low, then get them kids working. mushies will save your tribe.
as for the fire, wouldnt worry about that one, maybe try putting wood on it, might reset it to the right time, if not, just be happy you dont have to take a villager away from work.

That's because the statistic for hours played is also affected by changes in the system clock. In effect, you haven't played as long since the clock was set back.
