Yeah! That would be cool! But I don't remember there being a spot for an east or center tribe on the map of isola in the plant tycoon game.

In the map of Isola taken from Plant Tycoon, there does appear to be a place for the East side, it's just very difficult to see. It appears between the pocket watch and what appears to be a magnifying glass.

As for the center of the island, it's possible that a tribe could be surviving in the mountainous area that looks a tad like a cavern or if there is another clearing, it may be being hidden by the trees or the mountains.

That said, I can't wait to see VV3 and all of the games they are going to release in the future.

omgosh, im so excited for virtual villagers 3!!! 70 percent complete!

I love the pictures on the preview page. I'm starting to plan my vacation from work to coincide with the release date. I hope my boss is flexible

i'm thinking they will at least make 7 Virtual Villagers games
1 for the North,South, East, and West coasts then 1 for the middle then 1 so we can travel to the 5 different parts of the Island and have 5 different tribes at once [that will be the most fun one] and then 1 so they can get off of the island and i'm hoping for the 7th one turns out to be a Sims type of game where like they get rescued and go back to the US or somewhere and then you have to choose which person you want to be and make you real world decisions like a job a house and choosing whether or not you want to stay in touch and etc.. or something like that

So has anyone really speculated what the smoke is on the north side of the map above? maybe a volcano? Could it be a ceremony? Maybe Obi got careless and didn't tend the fire and now they have a forestfire? Maybe they are roasting a pig on a bbq spit and the drippings are causing the smoke?
