MORE magic fish from fish tycoon
MORE magic plant from plant tycoon
MORE island event
MORE puzzle
MORE creature for the island
MORE new villager's behavior
MORE job
MORE builting not just small house it should have wharf for boat or tree house for kid to play
BIGGER island
you should add Day and night
you should add different weather to the island like raining or windy or sunny
you should add season
you should add many different kind of food
How about you must look after your house if the house get old and going to broke down you should made builter fix them or the house will broke down
Researcher should be more useful because after you research all tech researcher become useless
You should have a list of what happened
Old people should look different from young people they should have walking stick or anything to made them look old
Farmer should catch different kind of fish from sea beacause I am getting tired of seeing same fish again and again
Island should be little bit different from each game

Suggested Improvements for the GC [Spoilers].
Ok, I was forewarned by reading this forum, but still the arrival of the GC was anti-climactic. Well, not so much his arrival as what happened afterwards – the solving of the final three puzzles in less than five minutes, with no effort on the part of the villagers other than to follow the GC around and celebrate, and very little effort on the part of the game player. It would have made a heck of a lot more sense in this game if the GC’s gifts had been mental rather than magical. This might have been a better scenario more in the spirit of the game:
- You get the announcement that the Golden Child has arrived. The villagers notice that he is very intelligent and not like other children (very similar to “The Troubled Child” event). At this moment he (or she, please!) has no skills.
- You drop the GC at the Research Table. Poof! He is now a Master Researcher.
- You drop the GC on the crop field. Poof! She is now a Master Farmer.
- You drop the GC and another Master Farmer on the strange fruitless plant (have to have both). You get an announcement that due to her skills and knowledge, the GC is able to determine how to get the plant to bear fruit…but then your village Farmers must actually work on the plant (watering it, fertilizing it) a little while before it does bear fruit.
- You drop the GC on a hut that needs fixing (or some other building task). Poof! He is now a Master Builder.
- You drop the GC and another Master Builder on the boulder (have to have both). You get an announcement that due to his skills and knowledge, the GC is able to determine how to move the boulder. Scaffolding appears. And now the builders must work on it for a while, same as with the temple, the idol, the treasure chest, etc., before you gain entrance to the cave.
- You drop the GC on the medical Cactus. Poof! She is now a Master Doctor.
- You drop the GC and another Master Doctor in the flower garden. Butterflies come flocking. You get an announcement that due to her skills and knowledge, the GC has found a new herb/plant with amazing healing powers (that requires pollination by butterflies). Village doctors all have to visit it and study it just like the other herbs before they can use it. Or something…I think the game designers could easily come up with something more interesting than “butterflies gracing the garden”.
Some of the other GC powers also should be altered. For example, the GC could IMPROVE berry and crop production rates, but not make berries and crops magically appear. And please cut back on the number of parties!!

A lot of my reaction to the GC’s actions has to do with the desire for the game to continue, and having the GC magically make all the serious problems go away lessens the enjoyment of further gameplay in that particular game. On the other hand, I suppose it is one way to end a particular game, since all your problems are solved, and now you can go try it again at different settings. It’s just not the way I would have chosen.

One last comment: How can a five-year-old be maxed out on breeding skills?????

when they are complainging, tell what they are complaining about, when they are chatting to be able to hear them if you highlight them, to hear the jokes they are telling when highlighted.

while the mothers a preganant maybe they can make cloths knit or something, or read and teach to the children, and if there are season, they could make blankets and shoes ans stuff like that!

I think that putting in a way to heal other than placing a villager on top of another would be great. I have same gender doctors not able to heal their patients cuz the game thinks they are trying to breed.

Also, making the kids automatically pick the mushrooms would be great. Its a pain sometimes to look and look for the shrooms then try to find a kid to pick it before it disappears.

Hopefully you guys will open up the rest of the island in the next upgrade. Its a great game!

A couple of others I've thought of...

Master whatevers are better than adepts at doing their thing, and adepts are better at it than novices.
Master scientists are now better at earning more tech points than others, but I would like to see that extended to all. Maybe Master farmers can pick more berries/crops and find bigger fish than adepts, who are better at it than novices.
Master builders work faster, maybe the novices deliver the stones and logs...

Also, would love to have more ways for the Adept builder to become a Master. This is taking me forever in this game to get a Master builder.

Laundry Should have some purpose. Novice and adept healers should be doing this for experience perhaps.
Ditto watering the fields. (maybe weeding with children?)

Here are a couple of interface suggestions. It would nice if you could move around with the cursor keys. When selecting a villager to see what they are doing and you accidentally move the mouse they stop what they were doing, it would be nice if just mousing over gave that info. I would be nice if right clicking on a villager took you to the details for that villager.

I like the game as it is but it would be better if the seasons and other weather would affect the villagers as many before have said. I also agree with almost everything else that has been suggested too, especially the one about more island events. I hope VV 2 is just as cool but better than this one.
