What physical size (in KB or MB) is the picture file? There are many different ways to reduce picture size, but the forum limit is based on file size. I can help you determine how best to get it to work.

Well, I hovered over the pic and it said 161x150...J.PEG...5.25KB.

I use snap fish, i could resize pics upload them and save them.
