Do villagers eat/drink by themselves? or do you always have to direct them to do it

They eat/drink by themselves.

But there are ways to encourage them to eat as well. I haven't worked out if it is necessary to do so yet, or just fun to watch though

Oh oh, what was the error? Probably one we created in the last 15 minutes before release...

One of the sentences in the explanation appeared to be incomplete, something like this:

...pages disintegrate as they
Tutu has become a master
healer.

Looks like something is missing between "they" and the villager's name...

Sorry, I was "anonymous" above. Ladycfii had it right, that's what I saw. Thanks for fixing!

A couple questions:

1) I've tried breeding a couple but the game says they're both too hungry to breed. I have 296 food and both their health bars are full. What gives?

2) I tried to breed another couple but the guy ran away. Does this mean that he's :ahem: not suited for breeding?

3) how can I tell when a breeding was successful?

1. Keep trying to breed them, even though they say they are too hungry, I have had them "go indoors" after a couple more tires. Also the women do not like to breed with more then one man.

2. Look in the action field to see what it says when he runs away. Like "they're too hungrs", or "he's not old enough". This will give you a good clue.

3. It is successful when they head to the hut and it says "going indoors".
