Originally from Fl transplanted about 10 yrs ago to a very small town in S Ga(my Mother's birthplace) I am a mother of 2 (Daughter 34 married 1 son 18mos(my love)) (Son-31 divorced 1 son 9yrs(my heart)) My husband and I are both disbaled(he has Parkingson/I have RSD) but we get by very well on a small farm where we grow all our own veggies/a lg assortment of fruits along w/chickens,turkeys,quail & pheasant not to mention the fishing is pretty good in the backyard pond..I guess you can tell we live the simple life and really enjoy good clean fun which makes this game/forum special to us..
My 9yr old grandson loves to play the games(PC&Gameboy)but as most of you know those games especially the sims type are getting so much violence and many unwanted virtues that I didn't want him exposed this so I got him into VV2...he loves it so much that he now has several of his friends playing as well..in fact the whole family each has their own village and the only conflict now is the amount of time allowed on the comp playing so that everyone gets to check in on their villagers.
Thank You all so very much...

Hi I like VV 1&2, been addicted to both for the last three months - now wonder what I did before I found them and the forum.. I come from a small village just outside Glasgow in Scotland. I have a little girl, three mad cats and a lhasa apso puppy - "Harry" - of six months old.

Hi, My name is Lindsey and I live in Auckland, New Zealand with my partner and lots of cats. I too play VV2 when I should be working. I get up in the morning and turn the computer on to see what they have been doing while I have been asleep, and I come home from work and check them before I do just about anything else. They are addictive!

I guess I'm the old fart on this forum. EDIT PART No, duh, I just started reading all the postings and realized I must have scanned past a few pages earlier. Like I say later on...I use these games as therapy. I'm a 56 yr young mom of 2, daughter just now finishing her Phd and son got a geo-chem degree and is working in LasVegas on their water situation...that's all the mom bragging I'll do. I love VV2, tried VV but didn't quite get as hooked as with the "chilluns". I was a critical care nurse in downtown Detroit and absolutley loved it. MS stopped that about 8 years ago. I use these games as a sort of therapy. The keys for my hands and the overall games for helping my short term memory.I live in Michigan about 45 min. NW of Detroit, but I'd rather be in England with my mother's family. That's always been more like home to me.

I'm in San Antonio, and I fell off the VV recovery wagon when VV2 came out. I have 2 villages goine, one completed all the puzzles. My two dogs and 4 cats hope there's never another VV game that will take my attentions away from them again. But I say, "At least my addiction keeps me home!"
