That might annoy any vegetarian and vegan players. ;\)

Not trying to split hairs here, just is fish and crab not meat? Can vegetarian's eat fish and crabs? I assume not, but I really don't know.

Has there been any updates on the progress of VV2? I've been following the posts on here but none relevant to the progress? Sorry.. I'm just anxious for the game. Waiting for something good is hard!

Personally as a vegetarian I don't have a problem with fish being used in the game, although don't eat any fish myself. Some people call themselves vegetarian but still eat fish as it's not meat. We just follow the principle of not eating anything that has a face, not really defining food as meat, poultry or fish.

Just curious, have some posts been deleted from this thread?? I could have sworn I replied to eyeshigh about this!

Best of Irish,
Maura

I realize you're joking, but seeing how they are fake animals, I don't see why it would annoy them.

Anyway, if they know anything about health and nutrition then they'd know you cannot live like the VV people and not eat meat. Ever see the show 1800s House? It's the one where a family had to live like they would've in the 1800s. The family in the modern world were vegitarians, however they soon found that with the large amounts of physical activity they were doing just for day to day living, the vegitarian diet would not do. They absolutely had to start eating meat to keep up their energy levels and survive.

Ah yes, I should have realised that - I've been a bit slow on the uptake recently.

I haven't seen any drums yet in either of my villages - I'm beginning to feel deprived \:\( . I think I read in one post in this thread a suggestion that there should be some sort of music-making. That would be a great idea. The villagers dance anyway so on special occasions some could play drums and blow pipes and they could all have a real celebration - maybe even with barbecues or cookfires \:\) .

I also would like to see drums; maybe a flute and/or harp as well. A teacher for the children; even a village storyteller. I would love to see the parnets interact with their children. Even allow the villagers to "age"; their hair grow gray or white. Personaly, I love the game and can't wait for the updated verison.

Man, reading this is giving me evil ideas! I'm imagining things like the GC wishes to stay on the vv1 part of isola, so the rest of the tribe goes through the cave, and puts a boulder on the vv2 part of isola so the GC can't come back ( not even with magical powers).

I too love the music idea. Maybe they can get instruments from their huts to play music, or make instruments with palm leaves or wood or something.

I've been wondering. If the children are going to inherit physical characteristics from their parents, will it be kinda like fish tycoon, shark and spotanus make goldbulb or something like that?

Can't wait til vv2 is out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Isabel \:D
