K, I've played the game 4-ever but am just getting online with the forums.

The one thing I can't get out of my head is the B-52's song Love Shack when I see people "going indoors"

Also my 8 year old son was yelling the other day "I want to make babies... why can't I make babies?"

This has got to be one of the best threads. It amazes me not only how creative we are, but how riled up we get over a bunch of pixels. The thing that irks me the most is when I set them to a task to learn (mainly technology), and they dabble at it and then shake their heads.

Comment: "Don't shake your bloody head at me. You're smarter than that. Just do it!"

Another thing that also irritates me is, it is a major chore to get them interested in research. I plunk them at the research table time after time after time, and they stand in a row shaking their heads. But just check the breeding career and plunk them into someone's arms, and they are away for the rest of their pixellated lives.

Comment: "Sure, you like breeding, but can you research? Oh, no!"

Then I wonder if there is some way I can tempt them to do research by promising them a career in breeding if they get busy and discover things and so we can unlock the puzzles.
