Hi, I am kinda new to this place and I was wondering how old until your little people can't have children anymore... I have 3 now (In my First Gen) But I was wondering for Future Reference. I would appreciate the help! Thank you!

We have a helpful resource on our support site that has a lot helpful hints and tips for VF2. This answer is from the "Having Children & Baby Boost" section:

There is no set age at which couples can no longer produce a baby. As with real life, though, it will be rare to see a baby born to couples in their 50s and beyond, although they can still adopt a child.

I also was wondering do you get to pick if you adopt a boy or girl... or is it just random?

In VF2 you adopt a random child selected by the game.

In VF3 you are able to choose exactly the child you want, boy or girl from infant to 8 years old.
