Thank you, Aviatrix ![smile smile](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/default/smile.gif) Ginny, I do not know if that helps ... It was raining and I/my mayor found the Banana Slug in the north side of the river. So far I found only this one.

Yeah, that's where and when I looked. I found one in a game that I've since restarted. There are a couple of other places and situations that I suspect are good for it, but so far no dice.
Although I do NOT think this is where it is found, it should be found in a damp, forested area, perhaps on the coast, especially if the game had coastal hills. Think the California/Oregon coast from Santa Cruz to the Washington border. That's where I've found them in real life, lol. I am probably the only VT player who owns an actual book devoted entirely to the biology of this critter. (Ooops, I almost named it there, but I don't want to use spoiler tags.) They are REALLY interesting!
I've cut down almost all my trees in the game. I don't remember if there are marshy areas near the original Northern Forest, between the cave and the beach, but if it was true to life that's where I'd look for it. To repeat, that is not where I think it is found in the game.

![laugh laugh](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/default/laugh.gif) When a townie in my other game asked me for it, I was looking in the forest, on the beach and between the crops ... without success. Aviatrix, I have found some Click Beetles Late in the evening (10 pm), early in the morning (6 am) but also at 9 am ... they are very easy to scare

Ginny, I finally found one today. It started raining so I kept quitting and reopening my game until I found one. ![smile smile](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/default/smile.gif) I found the banana slug in front of the clothing store.
Just one more bug to go!

I've got three to go. Everyone's favourites, the banana slug, the worm and the mosquito.

I found one today, and dispatched the Click Beetle a few days ago. Now, my Kindle game is just missing one bug (guess which! undoubtedly the same one sunshower is missing) to complete the entire museum collection. The Android game is younger and is missing more but has a complete mineral collection finally. In case you're bad at guessing,
