I haven't found any more surprises, just the same each day. Although AriaSparkle said to try different things and see what happens...nothing major yet. Try leaving a hole and see what happens later, maybe the next day. I'm also trying plants next to lakes as close as they can be, maybe they will attract bugs that like water too.

In the announcement for 0.6.0, LadyCFII said, "The latest update brings some significant bug fixes and improvements to the game (although the story won't be continued yet - we are still working on that)."

So new story elements are still to come.
