Yes, once they reach 16 the adoptee seems to stop aging.

My second mayoress has now begun her term but I couldn't help noticing that when my first mayoress reached about 58 as well as a cane-- she looked to me as if she was stooping. Anyone else noticed this? Or is my imagination possibly running away with itself?

My mayoress was a little stooped, wrinkled, and even walked slower! Oh, hair definitely greyed too! It was kind of fun to watch her age. I am curious to see how my new mayor changes with time.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who is so easily entertained by my peeps! I love to watch them age (each one turns out a tad different!) and to see what sort of actions they perform

It's cool that in this game, their hair starts greying when they reach 45 or 50 like in real life instead of turning grey all at once like in Virtual Villagers/Families. It's a great concept, in my opinion.
