Two questions: Does the fertility potion increase chances of getting twins or triplets? And what in virtuality does "Having an epiphany... in a trance... nothing..." do???

Oh, and is it cruel of me to purposely make my villagers drink a potion I knew would make them sick, so my healer would get some practice? XD
