A few days ago I closed the game while on a marriage proposal screen and when I opened the game again they had gotten married, but the man is missing in the family tree. Other than that, everything is normal as far as I can see.

Now the woman who inherited the house has died, but I didn't go to the next generation right away. A few minutes later there was a marriage proposal from a 57 year old woman and I accepted it. The family tree looks a bit weird now though, the man is still missing, but his new wife is added and it looks as if the 2 women were married and had the children.

Thanks for reporting this, Jemi. We'll definitely look into this.

A little explanation is in order, though. All of our games that feature player selectable peeps (whether villagers or family members) will, by default, accept the currently displayed selection if the game is closed while the selection screen is open. That's normal (although maybe not the most desirable way to do it). The other things you describe are not normal, and we'll check those out. shocked

Thanks for the explanation.

His new wife is dead already frown She must not have liked her new home.

Hi Jemi, you certainly have had an interesting little family! shocked I was wondering if you could answer a few questions for me?

The woman who inherited the house and had the husband missing from the family tree: Did they make any children together? Did they adopt any children?

After the woman passed away and the husband got remarried: Did he and his new wife adopt any children?

The woman who inherited the house and her husband had 2 children together, none adopted.

The husband and his new wife didn't adopt any children either.

I did notice that it said in the detail screen of the new wife that she had 2 children.
