Sorry if I missed but cant find any answers by searching: I have 5 nursing mommys all with some devotion skills but they cant seem to convert the heathen mommy even when she is all by herself in a rain. Is there a level they need to be (or that I need to be?)

You just have to keep those 3 believer mommies going. I keep a kid in the wings to lure the yellow mask. Took many repeats, just kept putting the 3 believer mommies on the heathen mommy and finally it happened.
