i think in total you need about 1200. You need the 300 twice for the water and later you go back and do the revive and you need 600 for that.

do you have to wait for a storm or can you do it without it raining on its own first.

Nevermind. Took a chance and it worked. Now I just have to revive the fish.

I just discovered that when not sure if this was a spoiler so I covered it.

Lake has no life.

took down the hollow totem then filled my lake with water via the "it rained and i only used one Tempest to fill it up the rest" and my lake has no life. a day later it still has no life.

did i do something wrong?

You need to use a certain god power......

Key word is life.

Also you may have to wait a while before it gets unlocked as it sounds like you're a ways from that point.

I think you might need stage three of the temple and the population to boost the divine energy.
