Ok I have level 3 tech in science, I have several master scientists and 4 esteemed elders 3 of my esteemed elders are masters in science and devotion as well. I have level 3 tech in everything but spirituality. My question is do I need level 3 in that also to convert the heathen Master Scientist.???? When I get his attention and drop a master at the board nothing happens and all he does is shake his head no. What if anything am I doing wrong. I could find nothing in the guide that said to do anything more than get his attention and drop a master scientist at the board.

I had a Master Scientist go to the board every hour. Took a total of five hours (five tries, basically) before she converted.

All I did was drop my master scientist onto the drawing board and while she drew the heathen master scientist came over and watched her until she finished. Then he celebrated and went over onto the mat to think. He had that yellow flashing orb above his head that usually means you can't convert a blue-masked heathen at the moment. After about an hour the orb left and so I repeated the process. I had to do it a total of 3 times before he converted. CherryDrops said they had to do it 5 times. It probably depends on how low the heathen's faith level is. Oh and I had level 2 science.

I have the piece from the Healer, Master Farmer, and Master Builder. I have not figured out what I should be working toward to get the piece from the Master Scientist.

I did have many do it around that time in the game, but apparently never at the right point (not realizing).

So.... now with this our last remaining thing (other than the chief), it just took the one time... and now... my daughter just got the necklace to the chief!

I just mistakenly got my last master scientist pregnant, and said . . . well I probably shouldn't repeat it, but you get the idea. I then thought I should just try the proof anyway, and not only did the scientist do the proof, it was the one that convinced the heathen to convert. So nursing mothers can be useful after all.
