Doing this as un-obviously as I can.... does it have anything to do with post numbers?

Bingo! The first "p" stands for post number. Now figure out what the other red letters stand for and you should be able to solve it!

Oh my goodness. I understand the code! I just can't figure out how to get to the posts with the numbers...

So Havetia and I put our heads together and THOUGHT we had it... but then we got a UBB Message error on one of them...

I must admit this round is not working the way I had expected it to. I failed to take into account several factors, the biggest of which is that different browsers display results in different ways.

I have decided to keep the original subject of this round but have buried the clue somewhere in this post.

I apologize for any confusion this round caused, and hope you like this way better. I will keep trying different ways of posting the clues, because I think it keeps the game challenging. Just know I'm apt to make a mistake from time to time.

And don't worry about it Rockmower. I just couldn't find the kind of encryption you were talking about. (Perhaps reveal it later?)

I figured out the code but since I couldn't get all the letters (And some of the ones I DID find were wrong ) it didn't go so smoothly.
I have to say that was a very clever clue to use, Rockmower!

As I stated above, I failed to account for the ways different browsers display results. In fact, merely resizing the browser window can give different results!

The way it was supposed to work is this:
224503 1 1 5 5
should have pointed you to Post # 224503 Paragraph 1 Line 1 5th word 5th letter.

When I originally did this in Firefox, full screen the result was O.

The clue was supposed to spell out o u r k i n g which of course, breaks down to "our king" which should have led you to guess Arthur!

I have to be the stupid one. I cannot seem to find in that post how there is a clue AT ALL to Arthur. Would someone please explain?

If you look at Rockmower's post that he edited, (specifically this one) you'll notice italic letters scattered throughout the post. If you use only those letters, they spell something that points to Arthur
