Preview: Koro was born in the second village, shortly before a raft with four adults, two kids, and a baby were sent to explore the Isolan coastline.
Chapter 1. The Early Years The Luke Tribe on the Western Shore were thriving. They had food, tech. points, people, research, housing, and some other things. The number of people had reached it's max, at least until a whole collection was found, which would show a way to add more people. There was a list of couples who wanted to have kids. One day, master scientist Kenji, went to the fire, lied down, and died peacefully. The next couple on the list, Bobo and Aki, were permitted to have a child. Nine months later, a boy was born. Bobo and Aki named him Koro Sitaos(likes ants and parrots) Rown(Brown haired). He was a very gifted baby. He could talk at one and a half years old, and could walk at eight months. He also seemed to understand and attract nature. One day, a really rare parrot landed in front of him. He reached out to pet it, and it let him. As tradition, Aki dropped him at two years old. He went and played with the other children, he was a great runner, and since the other kids couldn't catch him, he was always made it first in tag. He found two red mushrooms in one day, along with a few rare collectibles. By the time he was eight he had collected ten red mushrooms, and twenty rare collectibles. He also was interested in healing. To be continued...

comments Chapter 2. Later childhood to 13 years. The next few years were mostly uneventful. Koro found a few more red mushrooms, a few rare collectables, and other, more common items. One day, he found a glass bottle, with a strange liquid in it. He drank half of it, but nothing happened. An adult ran over and took the bottle from him. The adult then took the bottle to the research table to find out what it was. Then the adult took Koro to Bobo, and told him what Koro had done. A few hours later, Bobo and Koro went to the research table. The researchers told them that the liquid could cause cramps in adults, and that it could severly injure young children. But nothing had happened to Koro. A few more red mushrooms and rare collectables later, it was the night before Koro's fourteenth birthday, and it was obvious whatever field he went into, that field would succeed greatly. But what he wanted to do involved his voice, a lot of wood, some cloth, a few cutting tools, walking, and his eyes. To be continued...

Preview: At this point, there is an undiscovered vv3 tribe, and a undiscovered vv1.
Chapter 3. 14 to 18 years old. When Koro turned 14, a tribal elder asked him what he wanted to do. His response shocked the whole tribe: " I want to find the south shore tribe". Deciding that he would succeed at it, the tribal elder accepted. He asked Koro on how he planned on getting to the south village. Koro responded by taking off towards the rocks next to the waterfall so he could see which whether it would be easier to raft there or to walk there. Once he became level with the water fall, he saw something very shocking, through it, he saw a bunch of people looking back at him through the water. He tried calling out, but the other side couldn't here him. He figured he had found the south shore. Now he just had to find a way to communicate. He tried climbing to the top of the mountains, but the way they were formed made it impossible to find the other tribe. However, it made Koro believe that the other villagers he saw through the waterfall were in a cave that led to the tribe. Maybe if he could get a little higher, he'd be able to trace the mountains where he thought the cave was, and find the south shore. But, he would have to go on a very thin and and rocky part of the mountains, to get to a higher spot. Althought the jagged rocks looked unstable, Koro started walking over them, he'd been lucky his whole life, why would his luck end now? To be continued...

Preview: Koro is walking on the rocks.
Chapter 4. 14 (I messed up the years in the last chapter, so he's still fourteen.) Koro made it safely over the rocks and to a higher, more stable, spot. He thought he was going to find the cave, but the jumble of mountains blended into a wild jumble of rocks, and he lost it. He saw that the mountains didn't curve too badly into each other. Maybe if he moved forward a little he could see where they went. However, there was another stretch of jagged, unstable, rocks in front of him. He had made it through the first series, so he went towards the second one. As he started walking he began thinking that the whole mountain range was made of this loose, jagged rock. Since he wasn't paying attention, he stepped on a area where the rocks were sloped, and lost his balance, but managed to stay on top of the mountain. He noticed it had shifted some of the nearby rock. He got both feet back on top of the mountain, and took another step. Since the rock had shifted, it became more unstable, and when Koro stepped on it, it gave way and he began sliding down the mountain. To be continued...

Preview: Koro is sliding down the mountain, on the oppisite of where he lives.
Chapter 5. Age 14 As he was sliding down the mountain, Koro saw a flat rock that would be large enough for him to sit on, slightly down the mountain from where he was. He got on it, and began sliding down the mountain. The rock was smooth, and Koro began picking up speed. There was a part where the mountain rounded, and rock had piled up to form something like a wall, but it was sort of diagonal, which followed the curve of the mountain. As Koro went down, he turned himself into the curving wall of rock, which turned him back into the general direction of his village. The wall of rock continued in the direction of Koro's village. Since the wall was going mostly straight, Koro looked around. To his left, he saw a village, but it wasn't his. He saw a few people working in the village. He tried to remember where he saw it, so he could find the south shore. He looked forward again. He saw the rock wall going for a river, which waterfalled over a cliff. To be continued...

Preview: Koro went over a waterfall.
Chapter 6. Age 14 to 16 Koro slowly opened his eyes. His head was throbbing and his sight was bleary. He could vaguely make out people standing over him. He blinked a few times and sat up. He felt where his head hurt the worst, there was a large bump there. He was seeing clearer, he could tell he was in a partially opened hut. "What happened?" "We were waiting for you to return. There was a loud splash in the pond, so we all ran over. We looked around the pond for what ever splashed. Then we heard one of our farmers say that something was floating in the creek. We ran down there and pulled you out. On the way out, you slipped from one of the villagers hands and hit your head on a rock. We took you to the hospital." A few days later when Koro was feeling better, around the fire at night time, Koro told the kids what he saw from the mountain. They seemed fascinated. He finally knew what he could do if he reached the southern village. Him and some builders spent the next two years building a raft. Once it was completed, Koro asked who wanted to join him in finding the southern village. A few villagers stepped up, but a storm was starting, and it would be a few days before they could sail. As the other villagers headed to the huts for protection from the rain, Koro tied his raft to a rock, then headed into one of the huts. To be continued...

Preview: the storm is ending and the villagers are leaving the huts.
Chapter 7. Age 16-18 As the sounds of the storm died down, the villagers began leaving their huts and going outside. Koro had been napping, so everyone who had been in the hut was gone. When he woke up he joined the rest of the tribe on the beach. The sand didn't feel normal to his feet. "Why is everyone on the beach?" "You know how the rain usually cleans the beach?" "Yes" "Well look down" Koro looked down and realized that the sand felt different because there was shredded wood on it. Koro ran to the spot where his raft had been tied. All that was left was a few partially demolished logs tied together.
Koro immediately gathered a few villagers and they started rebuilding the raft. Since they had built a raft before this one only took a year and a half to build. He gathered the villagers who had originally signed up to go on the raft with him.
Then the tribal elder came up to him and asked if he'd be willing to take a few things with him so that if he found they south shore, they'd understand more of the west shore culture. He thought each shore spoke the same languages, so he also included some scrolls talking about what the west shore had discovered.
In order to safely hold everything the tribal elder wanted him to take, Koro and the builders need to build storage holders, which took five and a half months to build. The raft started looking more like a boat. It took another week to load everything.
It was the night before his birthday when he was finished. He decided he'd stay, since the only birthday bigger then 18 was his fourteenth, which he didn't have happy memories of (read above). So he decided to stay for his birthday. To be continued...

Preview: It's the early morning of Koro's 18th birthday.
Chapter 8. Age 17 to 18 In the early hours of the morning, Koro heard tapping on the window in his families part of the hut. Both his parents had been very tired lately, so Koro got up quietly, and started to walk toward the door of the hut.
He walked by the part of the hut where his best friend chip lived. The door was open. Suddenly, something jumped out at him! Koro jumped, then realized it was Chip. "Why'd you do that?" Koro angrily whispered. "I was bored, and couldn't get to sleep, so I decided to give the birthday boy a surprise. Happy birthday by the way." "Thanks, that just what I wanted." Koro said sarcastically. Koro's heart was still beating 20 times it's normal rate, but he had mostly calmed down.
"So why are you up?" Chip asked. "Someone or something tapped on my window, and I wanted to see what it was." "Do you mind if I come with you?" "Sure."
The hut had a door to keep rodents out, but since it was dark, Chip ran into it with a loud thud. In between bursts of laughter, Koro managed to say that if Chip wasn't more careful, he'd wake the whole hut up.
Koro had a weird feeling inside of him. Suddenly it left. He had had this feeling on every one of his birthdays since he had drank half the bottle of that one liquid that washed up on the beach. He was now 18.
Once Chip got back up, he opened the door, then the two of them stepped outside. The night was warm, and the sun was starting to sneak up over the mountains. To be continued...

Preview: Koro is about to go around the corner and see who or what tapped on his window.
Chapter 9. Age 18 Koro walked around the corner, and saw someone wearing all black drawing something in the sand. The person hurridly drew a few more lines, and ran away.
Koro looked at the lines. There was writing which said: the adventure you seek cannot be found the way you want it, you will have to try something different. Then Koro looked below the writing, where there was a map with some villagers on a raft, getting lost and heading away from Isola. Below it, there was a caption which said: your plan. Near that was another picture, showing villagers on raft, following sailing toward the north part of the island, with arrows going around a small satelite island, then following the rest of the island to the south side of Isola.
"What do you think it means?" asked Chip "It means that we're going to sail north to go south."

Preview: Koro has updated the villagers who are sailing with him that they will sail north to avoid what the picture had shown.
Chapter 10. Age 18-19
"Koro, can I speak to you?" It was Ecco, the villager who knew the most about the wind and would guide the raft. "sure" "I think that your plan to go north to go south is insane. We'll run out of food, we won't be able to guarantee returning. Show me this picture." "OK" They went to the spot where the picture had been. It was no longer there. How ever, there was a message. It said that the longer trip going north to go south would be shorter then the planned trip of just south. Ecco knew that no one had handwriting like the message and agreed to follow the north to go south plan. That day, Koro celebrated turning 18, then he and six other villagers, Chip included, began sailing away.
The sailing was slow at first, but then the raft started going really fast. The raft got turned against the wind, but it still went faster then it should. Two weeks passed. In a day or two it had rounded a satellite island to the north of the island. All the villagers on the raft could see was mountains and smoke, but there were three smoke trails. One for the West, one for the South, and the villagers realized the raft that had been sent out, even before Koro was born, had actually survived and started a village. But Koro didn't know about the raft that was sent years ago.
"Why is there smoke coming from the North part of the island?" Koro asked Ecco. "There was a raft sent out twenty-two years ago. It was supposed to scout out the coast of the island, but failed to return, everyone figured the storm in the North that flooded the creeks and ponds of the island sank the raft. My wife was on that raft, I bet she's still alive. I spent the next few years after that happened doing nothing." Koro realized there was a tear on Ecco's cheek.
By now they were three weeks into the voyage, and were beginning to run low on food. They were looping around another satellite island when Hika, the daughter of the tribal elder, pointed to what look like coconut trees. Ecco turned the raft toward the island, and they landed the raft and tied it to a large tree. The villagers got off the raft and started heading towards the where the coconut trees were.
