Is there a way to keep track of your fish breeds, your breeding pattern& results somewhere on the game? Any idea how to do it easily

The game will tell you how many species you've discovered, but it doesn't show you which ones. To see how many, just click on the species chart in the fish store where you sell your fish.

There are quite a few ideas for tracking your 'discoveries' in our Fish Tycoon Guide forum.
