It will say more than just "refusing". It will say something like "You must be clean in mind (or body) to heal the tree". One of the steps won't have worked.

ok I need help I tried this 3x's first is there anyone special that makes this easier or can any peep do it? I have got 3 of them to meditate and have white and yellow spots above thier heads once that happens I carry them to get a bar of soap first they want to get out right away so I keep putting them back in then after they swim for a few secs I pick them up and bring them to the hole in the tree and it always says some thing not pure do I bath them 1st then the mind or the mind 1st then bath or do I have the bath already soapy by someone eles first Help please

They won't become pure if you fish them out while they are still swimming in the soapy water. They have to get out of their own accord. If it works you should see some white sparkles on each side of their body, in addition to the yellow sparkles above their head from the meditation.

I have tried several time, Iget rainbow ov their heads, not yellow sparkles. Still put them in the bath, get white sparkles but refuses. I guess I will keep trying for yellow sparkles.

The rainbow indicates that they are in the process of purifying their mind. Once that process is complete, the yellow sparkles will appear. Wait for the yellow sparkles before you pick the person up.
