tried a female and even a male and nothing works?????? Can't solve this puzzle at all. WHY WON'T THIS WORK !!!!????

did everything you told me to do, nothing happens at all. tried a female and a male. no meditation. no one is near the villager. don't know why it won't work? is there a different way to do this puzzle? please help and still confused.

This puzzle has more steps than most puzzles, so you need to double-check all of the things MissKathy put in her spoiler post.

For example, do you have Dendrology level 3 and a lit fire?

What does your villager do (or say) when you try to get them to meditate? Do they shake their head or give other feedback? Watch for any messages that might give you an idea why they won't meditate.

Hi neickm. If they won't even try to meditate, perhaps you're not dropping them in the right place. I've attached an image that shows where I dropped my villager to meditate and she is meditating. It also shows the stages of meditation (rainbows over her head when meditation is working, sparkles around her head when meditation is complete and she's "Pure of mind." You may notice that my stream is also flowing freely. Perhaps that helped her?

When your villager has the sparkles around their head and they're no longer meditating, that's the time to drop them on the bars of soap.
