I see 100% and "in beta" on both the LDW site and the Virtual Villager preview site.

I had the same problem. Try going to the preview page and then press your browser's refresh button, worked for me maybe it will for you too.

It seems that the 2-month delay did make a very magnificent VV4!!

OOH! I already have predictions based on the Tech screenie:
Dendrology- obviously needed for the "Tree of Life"
Food Mastery - to avoid poisonous food/ gather better food??
Science - Lvl 3 needed for astronomy - also something to do with the "Tree of Life"
Medicine - solve the very low fertility rate/ something to do with the Tree of "LIFE"
Construction - to build huts or an observatory??
Learning - To help build this wheel near the waterfall??

Notice Lvl 1 Medicine - a man and a woman with flowers...
MARRIAGE!!!!

They've shown in the other VV's a man and a woman holding a baby together, so don't get your hopes up.

But look closely on the happy couple holding hands together with flowers between them on the medicine screen! Plus, they're wearing white.

I guess if it really meant Marriages, they could have posted a screenshot about it.
