I know how hard it is, having lost pets too, but you will see her again someday, that I'm sure of and until then I'm sure she'll be keeping an eye on Maggie for you ! Maggie is a DOLL!!! We just got a cream-colored Shiba-Inu and my son named him Cujo (very appropriate name as he can be quite a little devil when he wants to be!!) This is him at 2 months. When they're this small, the hair turns in and scratches the eye, causing eventual blindness. We were lucky, no damage or surgery needed. Once their head grows, it is no longer an issue unless the eyes swell because of allergies or a _bug_ bite.
