I love this game, as with the villager games. I have a problem with a few things though and will list them below, as well as some things that I like about it. Let me say first... THANKS for listening to my gripes and questions(and I hope someone can answer them). I still love the game even with the things I don't like. THIS IS JUST A FEW THINGS I LIKE / DON'T LIKE / OR WOULD LIKE CHANGED ABOUT THE GAME:-The game keeps taking hugh chunks like over $1300 out for taxes. This is the third time it's happened. How am I suppose to buy the 3rd Office Upgrade with the game doing this. I'M DEFINATELY GOING TO QUIT ANSWERING EMAIL WHILE TRYING TO SAVE FOR SOMETHING. MAKES ME SO MAD!!! -THIS IS NOT A QUESTION, BUT I have an issue with the whole Day/Night thing...They're tired from about 5PM on...don't like it...For them it's like having TWELVE YEARS of night. You can't do much when they're exhausted from 5 till bedtime...JUST DON'T LIKE IT! JUST DOESN'T SEEM RIGHT FOR THEM TO HAVE 12 VIRTUAL YEARS OF NIGHTTIME. I HATE PLAYING AFTER 5, AS ALL MY PEEPS ARE EXHAUSTED AND WILL HARDLY DO ANYTHING. REVERSING THE DAY/NIGHT THING DOESN'T WORK FOR ME EITHER, AS SOMETIMES I LIKE TO PLAY IN THE DAY...WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE MAYBE A HALF HOUR OF NIGHT THEN HALF HOUR OF DAY, BUT THIS DOESN'T WORK FOR ME. -How to cure extremely weak child that otherwise has had good care??? ALSO, if a child is sickly and weak will they still be that way if you choose them for the next generation??? I'm close to that and would REALLY like to know please. -Does buying the organic foods, air purifier, treadmill, and bath upgrade make them healthier or help them live longer? -Not really an issue but...when they're making a baby some of the couples are not getting together. The male is leaving the bad before the wife gets on it. It doesn't help when I start them at the foot of the bed. THINGS I LOVE:-Love the kiddie squeals and giggles. -LOVE the giggle, train, and tickle games they play when you push them together, but WOULD LOVE it if they did it on their on. ALSO WOULD LOVE to see them play tag and other games like they did in the villagers games...Especially the tag game. That was so very cute! -Love the way you can change their clothes...but wish they could keep their old ones to change back into if they wanted to. Would be nice if the cost of the outfits ranged from $40 to 200-300 too, and you could change them without having to wait for one you like to show up in the store. -LOVE the option to sell collections for $800...It made up just a little bit for the three times they took hugh chunks out for taxes...one time being over $1300.

First, i love the game. however, i would love to see the speed controls brought back. i would also like to see the "nursing For" put back on the detail screen.

Oh, I've noticed with multiple births, they're always all the same gender. I don't know how hard it would be, but if it's fairly easy, it would be nice if sometimes there was a mix. A boy & a girl, or two boys and a girl, or two girls and a boy.
Course it would be funny if we could have random surprises, a total "Jon & Kate Plus 8" moment where mom has sextuplets.... Now that would be hilarious. I babysit so in addition to my own 2yo, 4yo, and 7yo I have another 2yo and another 4yo... like 2 sets of twin boys (Ok one of the 4yo's just turned 5, but certainly doesn't act older) so in all honestly I probably would have lost my mind if I had really had twins, triplets, or quads... but it sure is fun to pretend I had multiples in VF AND no real diapers, no messes, no tantrums, and VF never makes me want to pull my hair out. I think a lot of these suggestions are great. I simple idea I had was to give us some influence on what our kids go to college for. Maybe take what they do as children into account, so if a child spends a lot of time "playing cook" they would go to college to become a chef etc. Or you get an option, so if the child spent more time "playing cook" than anything else (future career related) perhaps we could get a choice of 3 kitchen related careers to choose from and the one we choose is the one they go to college for.

First I am lovin' this game!
Would like to see: (not in any order and 2nd some suggestions already given above) NOT in any order =
#)Change hair style - use bathroom mirror?
#)Keep outfit when you buy new - so you can change their clothes.
#)Interaction with the Pets! Pat, feed, brush etc (buyable pet food?)
#)AGREE with the Baby Crib/playpen or Dad holding baby!
#)Ability to "Breed" sooner than every 3 years.
#)More "useful" things to have them do = dusting may give 'points' or laundry laying around that Needs to be done or dishes in sink start to stink or weeds in yard cause neighbors to fine you etc etc. More random socks for a Sock Collection - A Real Reason to visit the families more often.
OR let mom work on career while holding baby - if she can do dishes, cook a meal, do laundry etc there is not good reason she can't work on computer or cook a donut etc...
#) NEW Store Items REPLACE what you buy - so the empty space in the store inventory is filled with a new (random) item.
#) Agree with "steering" kids in a direction = cooking or computer etc for later professions.
#) Paint - Would Love to see Wall Paint in the store! That would be sooooo cool to change a room color....
Just a few thoughts as I have been playing this game - now I NEED to get back to my little people to check in..,,,....

Ooh, I'd love to be able to redecorate the rooms too, especially when the new generation moves in. Imagine how dated that house is gonna be after five generations! lol.
I like the idea of surprise births and mixed twins/triplets too.
And, since we're all pretty much set on the mother not carrying the baby any more, how about the time for having a second child being adjusted a bit. I think the least amount of time I heard between births was when the older child three years old. But if she's not holding the baby, couldn't we lower it to one year? It would mostly depend on the family, of course. Their opinions on kids, or whether they fight or think it's too soon. But there are plenty of real life families that have kids a year or two years apart.

I wish the parents would be more loving towards the kids, maybe hug them spontaneously. The opening page shows a mom holding a pretty big kid. I can get my parents to read a story, partway they all wander off though. But maybe a kiss goodnight or some snuggling like people do with real kids.
I love the game though.
Also much as I try to get the larger upgrades, my people get up to around 300 points and I have to restock food and such so I can't buy the larger items. Do I have to wait for more generations to do these things or am I doing something wrong?
All replies appreciated!

I would like to see more peeps starting out younger...at 21, or 22 years old for example. That, to me, seems like a better age for starting a family.
Also, I would like to see a reward for completing collections. The trophy alone just doesn't do it for me. Maybe a cash prize or a promotion, or let the family have an extra child, or something like that.
