I don't know whether this has been suggested before, but I would really like the option to retire my villagers when they become aged. Some of them I'd like to keep working, but others have earned a rest!

I think it would be pretty cool if the mysterious 'lurker in the cave/forest' would kidnap the GC. Relieving us of his presence. Of course the tribe would want him back. That way the villagers could have a reason to discover a way through the cave. They might also discover other paths/trails in the forest.

Trin, until there's an official retirement plan, change their selected task to healing, help them get at least get to trainee, and then they'll just potter around

If there's marriage like described above then we should have the option to turn it off so they don't get married by accident. Or pick the type of marriage - harem type (one man, many wives) - or regular type.

Or the reverse harem - one woman, many husbands! This option may become absolutely necessary if you end up starting out with six females and one male.

**What if after the girls go in the hut to mate they have 10 months of a big fat belly and then go back to a clinic (YES there should be a clinic so the doctors have somewhere to work) and when they come out they have a word ballon or something that says *It's a boy/girl*
** I think they should be able to hunt after solving a puzzle
**a clinic so the doctors have somewhere to work & instead of having to find you doctor out of all of them. You could also have nurses & nurses in training (KIDS)
**Verbal interaction, crushes, moods like anger, sadness, ect
** Pregnant (in my idea above) could only farm until the third trimester and often have morning sickness & have to go to the clinic for check ups
**Master builder could build a fort for the children
**Master scientist could invent the wheel
**More races of people ~asian~african~ ect

I coud go on & on!!! Thanks for listening to my ramble

Please don't lose the basic survival feel of the VV in a whole heap of "civilised, metropolitan" additions.

I agree, but I do think that some improvments, like having a hospital hut might add a nice touch.

I personally care more about things like having the kids randomly pick mushies on their own, being able to apprentice and learn a trade before they start working (instead of inheriting it from their parents like its a caste system), and other tweaks rather than an overhaul of the game.

I like the native / survival feel to the game as well. I beleive that it is part of the appeal to almost everyone who likes the game, otherwise they would be happy playing SIMS (inferior game-IMHO). In a strange way, this one feels more authentic than the others, although the setting is less familiar.
