Take a Doctor's Consultation. Or whatever that stethoscope thingymajig is called. It'll tell you. Or just pick them up and put them down again. They'll do something like 'Throat doesn't feel right' and etc.

Can't Stop Coughting- Antitrussive Syrup.
Stomachache- Peptic syrup.
Throat doesn't feel right- cough drops.
Sneezing- Antihistamine
Hiccups- Water at kitchen/ Bathroom sink.
Itchy- Cortisone cream
Penicillin- Serious Infection?
Sorry that this isn't a very complete guide, but I never get serious infections or anything.
