The red circled part is a patch of grass from VV2 and the other part is un-edited from the preview image. I know it's not a very good match, but the edit kind of messed it up when I tried to fade the edges.

I think Kayy is confused between the word "Previews" (as in Previews Page) and "previous" (which I don't think was mentioned here).

I disagree with lechi I think it could still be PT2. Because in the nursery there is grass so it could be a shot from there.

The game is a new game, so it's not PT2, for example.
