...I guess people are buying them otherwise they wouldn't be so popular...
This would be true. I am a hidden objects fan. So let me check my "Games folder... I have:
- Hidden Expedition - Amazon
- Hidden Expedition - Titanic
- Mystery Case Files - Madame Fate
- Mystery Case Files - Ravenhearst
- Mystery Case Files - Huntsville
- Mystery Case Files - Prime Suspects
- Travelogue 360 - Paris
- Abra Academy
Now, I will admit that most of these were only gained because I am getting them at a "Club Members" price. At $20 a pop, that would be $160.00, and I really am not that rich. Actually, there was a long period where I was not getting any hidden object games because they
were all the same. I just recently got the Amazon one because I liked the graphics and that you need some objects in order to find other objects. It is not so much of a hunt and peck game, but they added a small bit of strategy to it. If it wasn't for that, I would still be getting arcade and puzzle games.
I would however get LDW's new game even if it were a hidden object game. I would probably get it if all you did was dig ditches!
I am sure LDW could even make digging ditches intriguing
