It will be released. That I am sure of. LDW wouldn't promise us a game and not deliver. If memory serves me correctly, the meter bar should go to 95%. There was once a statement made about the bar going to 95% that I wanted to quote but the Search feature keeps telling me nothing to display so I will leave it out for now, unless I can find it later.

Gamey, I remember that from a thread on VV3 just before it was released.

I wonder if it means anything that the progress bar is now above the picture of VF instead of underneath it?

I can't wait for VF! And then VV4 in just a few short months... yay!!!
