That is not a _bug_ as far as I know. The same happens if you exit the game before those actions are complete. Minimizing the game for too long gives the same result as exiting.

I have a problem that does not look like anyone else has mentioned. I have beaten the game, but have not gotten all of the collectibles. Every time I bring my Tribe Leader to point out rare collectibles, she goes through the motions, but nothing appears. I have checked everywhere, and nothing ever appears. Is this random or has someone else brought this up before?

I think you'll find that the rare collectible does appear, but it could be anywhere on the map. You need to look all over very carefully. Some, especially the rare ones, are in addition difficult to see; the sparkles usually identify where they are.

On Vista SP1, when vista pop up a message like "Windows needs your permission to continue", VV3 says "Access Volcation at 0xsomething. Program terminted". The next time I saw this error, I will post the full error message \:\(

I'm not sure if this is a _bug_ or not, but it seems rather odd...

My first village is done except for 1 award - a villager living to 90yrs old. I check in on my tribe once a day, and after the new dead villagers are buried, I check the Roster of the Dead and have noticed an odd pattern. My villagers are dying in groups at the same age.

Today I had 9 new dead villagers who all died at 79. Yesterday it was 8 at 81, the day before 12 at 77, etc etc. I have 185 dead villagers and since about #40, this has been happening. Something seems not right with that.

Isis, the situation you describe is typical for long-running games. Since many players start leaving the games off for longer periods, the babies tend to be born in groups, and the deaths also tend to occur in groups (all during startup processing). This information wasn't available after the cemetery filled up in previous VV games, so nobody ever noticed it.

You're probably not letting the fire burn long enough. This spoiler discussion should help you.
