Here are the steps to register LPP:
1)Download the trial version from our website and install it on your device: Trial Version
2)Start the game and adopt a pet
3)Make sure you are in the main screen where you see the pet in the garden with his his toys and his house
4)Click on the drop down menus ( generally the second to the left on the graffiti area of your screen)

5)Click on help-->register
6)You will find in bold your "Hotsync ID" and a place to enter your code
7)Enter your code and the game will be fully activated
8)Voila!

If you have a Tungsten C or W
1)Install the trial version
2)Start the game and adopt a pet
3)Make sure you are in the garden with the pet and his toys
4)Click on the BLUE BUTTON +

Little Palm Pet should run fine on your Treo300 device. I suggest you delete the file you are currently using and start over. Here is the link to the Little Palm Pet
When you open the zip, make sure you install the file called LPP_lores

Do you have access to a menu button after you have chosen your pet and see him in the yard? If so, select the menu and choose Help-->Register.

When I go to Help there is no register or ID. There is just instructions, the little pet cemetery, and about little palm pet. None of them tell me a ID. They just say to go to your web site. Am I missing something?

What specific model of handheld device do you have? Have you started a game and adopted a pet yet? The first post in this thread has pretty complete instructions (with pictures) on how to register. If you still can't register, please post back here with your specific model and you'll get the help you need.

The process works basically the same way on the T3 that's outlined in this post. Follow the steps outlined there to register and refer to the info I've provided below to locate the menu.

On the T3 you have two different menu "buttons" - one is on the taskbar silkscreen (just to the left of the time display), and the other can be found on the "classic" display of the input silkscreen (unless you reassigned those icons). To access the "classic" input area, tap and hold the icon on the far right of the taskbar silkscreen and choose the bottom one.

They will probably contact you soon. They are a small company, and sometimes they don't work on the weekend.

First, make sure that you have started the game and adopted a pet. You won't be able to access the game registration function until then.

Your Tungsten E should look similar to the first picture in this post. Try the menu button that the red arrow in the picture is pointing to!
