For the nox orchid, if you look at the PT Guide, Jazzo and Charley have done some really good guides.
To have a tier 4 plant, you may mutate a citrus to have an Arthurium, and a ball cactus to have a Glaber.
But also, don't forget to keep an eye on the seeds that are in the supplies!
