Hi everyone! Boyoboy are we having FUN! No huge technical glitches but I did experience the "sticky villager in the upper top screen in the ocean" like Rockmowers'. It reminded me of the few sticky spots in VVII...Anyway, I resolved this by exiting out of my current game(no pausing)and coming right back in and Voila, my villager was back... hands on hip, impatiently tapping his foot and with a "what took you so long?" look on his face! I've got Vista and version 1.00.03. P.S. This game was SO worth the wait...Thank you so very much LDW...

I too am having problems with build times and the second hut.Running version .03 for Mac.They built the bath great with pop. ranging 10-12 and it being the only thing they worked on.

They started on the rubble without direction, I just noticed scaffolding there with 1% at some point, so I let them work there. When my pop. maxed out at 17, I started all builders on the hut. When I have the game open, they make progress on the hut, only occasionally wandering to the rubble and then I drag them back.

When the game is closed they make no progress on the hut or the rubble, and when I open they are wandering in a large group back to the hut from the rubble, even though it has not progressed either.

This occurs in both my nature game.

In my magic game they are going to the bath instead of the hut, because it is not finished yet. The rubble isn't started. Again, neither progressing unless I have the game open.

The bath in my nature game was able to progress while closed, I think because they only had 1 task going. That may be the issue here.

I'm not sure if this is a _bug_ but I'm running .03 on XP. I keep putting all my villagers on building the sewing hut and I close the game. I come back and most of builders are pushing the statue and the chief isn't even directing the work.

When I started a tribe(my only tribe)at the very beginning, my food was zero, instead of 60. Is this normal?

My chief died and nobody seems to be able to take her place. How do I get another one. Everybody has tried on the robe.

[SPOILERS INSIDE] is this a _bug_? when I put an adult villager on the sundial it moves (even children) but if I put a nursing mom on it doesn't. Doesn't really effect the game outcome but is interesting.

I think its because nursing moms do nothing but care for the baby.

More food issues...

It seems that the villagers ALWAYS leave 6 fruit on the trees. Do the trees repopulate if there's still food on them? Also, I had 3 trees with 6 fruit each on them. Yet, when the villagers picked the fruit, my food bin increased each time by 2.

If your game was set to slow speed, each trip will produce 2 food. The amount of food harvested is adjusted for game speed. The fruit will replenish on schedule, regardless of the amount on the trees.
