In the mean time I would suggest you uninstall the game....manually delete these folders if they do not uninstall: Program Files/Virtual Villagers - The Secret City My Documents/LDW/Virtual Villagers - The Secret City Delete the installer (VV3Setup) and redownload it. Then reinstall and try again. Are you on XP or Vista, or Mac? _________________________ Arthur Lead Designer Last Day of Work

Or does it draw the window, wait for you to start typing, then crash on the first letter?
