I have a theory about the game too... I'm making the assumption the sharks are there as part of a puzzle. I'm guessing the villagers may have to make some kind of shark-net or something to put in the water before they can swim/fish.

Or I might be right off

It's so hard waiting. I just happened to come by the site THE DAY Plant Tycoon was released. So there was no waiting, no anticipation, no coming here several times a day to see if there's been any progress in the last hour. No wonder I'm going grey

I agree, I definitely think the sharks are a puzzle. I think there are going to be more puzzles to figure out in this one. I can't wait to get started! Hopefully it comes out right as I get back from my honeymoon. I still have a few days before heading back to work and I'll want to dive right in to VV3!!! (my fiance just shakes his head at me, lol!)

Hello, just happen to look at the screen shots and was wondering it anyone else caught the difference betwwen the first group and the last two. If you look at the side that gives you the population, food and tech amounts the mask is brown and green zlso there is a group of feathers and fish and flowers. The last two scfreen shots on the same side the mask is green and purple, where the feathers were is a net bag of fruit maybe mangos a net bag with a turtle shel and the another item maybe a prickly fruit of some kind and were the flowers were are now bananas.Even the bugs on the leaves are different and the butterflies are gone.

That's because the early screen shots were before most of the new art was added to the game. They were using VV2 artwork.

The bit that jumped out at me, though may have been badly phrased, was "Players guide the villagers past starvation and danger into a thriving prosperity, through exploration of the island"

... "of the island", not the coast. I have seen others wondering whether vv3 will link in with other parts of the island, but I'm still not sure!
