That looks like a hut or house of some kind in the lower right corner of the first one... and maybe a gateway of some kind a little above it?
And there appears to be a cave or an opening in the rock in the first picture... hmmmm

Very cool pics! In the second one I can't figure out what Amaca is laying on, is that water, like some kind of a pool?

I'm pretty sure that's not water. I think it's a stone floor of a hospital, but it also looks like there might be make-shift beds made of straw or something.

I like the Easter Island-type stone face. He looks very much like the idol in VV1. It's also interesting to see that villagers can now lie down on their backs.

Good points arnie! I was thinking that the stone face looked a bit like those on Easter Island... and then seeing that the villagers can now lie down on their back makes me wonder if they can do any other actions. I can't wait!
