i made a ball cactus but its a viola ball cactus and i need a citrus to make my golden plant Mela Rare Oak ...how do i make my ball cacti a citrus??

The Citrus Ball Cactus is one of those plants that is really easier to buy in the Supply store. See my post just a few earlier in this thread!

To cross breed your Viola Ball Cactus you'll need a Tier 1-3 foliage plant with a Tier 4 flower.

Nae24, there are several pollinations that will do that. The best thing for u to do is go to the Forum Guide for Plant Tycoon. Then go to the section called MAJOR SPOILERS-Plant Tycoon Breeding Charts.

In my opinion it is much more fun to keep trying until you discover it for yourself. I understand how you must feel but don't rush, I am surprised and excited when I'm not trying to make a specific plant, just trying to see what I'll get and get something totally unexpected.

The Citrus Ball Cactus cannot be bred from other plants, unless you have purchased the right Extinct Seeds (expensive) from the supply store. There are several discussions about that plant, and here's a link to the longest one. In short, your best chance is to keep buying Ball Cactus seeds from the supply shop and hope you get a Citrus.

No apologies necessary! You had some very good advice, but I just wanted to clarify what it would take to actually breed a Ball Cactus.

Ive been playing for well over a month..(had to restart once) and I am frustrated as all get out. I STILL only have 2 magic plants!
I tried the charts but they make no sense to me from the 'how to' listed here. ( IE hit clear all in step one does nothing) The red marks are not on the plant mentioned, and the pics are cropped so you cant tell what they are talking about.
Does the crosses on the chart tell you how to get a specific plant or what?
Anyways, I know the names of the magic plants..just can't seem to get the needed crosses.
One example, how to I get a rosacea fern?
